We're seeking a detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to support a healthcare revenue cycle team by assisting patients with their self-pay medical balances. This role is ideal for professionals with strong customer service, call center, or healthcare administration experience who enjoy helping patients navigate billing and payment options.
This is a remote, phone-based position requiring excellent communication, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset.
